HART OF DIXIE

When you mix two of my favourite things, fashion and television, together what do you get? The amazing creations from Rachel Bilson's latest television show, Hart of Dixie. If you haven't heard of it or seen it yet, I definitely recommend you check it out, even if just to check out the fashion. Rachel Bilson is one of my all time girl crushes and a huge style icon in my eyes. Rachel plays young graduating doctor, Zoe Hart from New York who moves to the small country town of Blue Bell to pursue her dreams. The main thing she brings with her from the city, is her ah mazing style! Little Chanel jackets, booties, tailored black blazers, cute shirts and heels and of course classic Chanel arm candy. Seriously, check it out!!

There's just something about Rachel; her glowing personality, her loveable hair, and not to mention her knock out style. The thing i love about Rachel's style is she always makes it her own whether it be when hitting the red carpet in a flowing Chanel gown or sporting her classic tailored blazers on the streets of New York City. She has this amazing ability to mix and match vintage, classic pieces with yet modern, sheek high end pieces. Her style is the envy of many girls, myself included, but the one thing i love about Rach, (well, one of many things) is that she's been quoted naming some general stores such as Top Shop, Forever 21 and Zara as her personal favourites. We are lucky enough to have some of these amazing places open up on our own shores, (Melbourne and Sydney).

I am yet to check out Top Shop, probably a good thing if you ask my bank card, but from what i've read and seen, its seriously amazing. Who wouldn't like the sound of high end fashion meets modern girl next door pieces at incredible prices?! Yay!
